Ash - Owner & Founder

Our Owner & Founder of Refine Male Grooming has been cutting hair over a period of 7 years. Always having an interest in barbering and male image from an early age - he made the transition of interest to passion. After working and running several barbershops in Stoke, Ash committed himself to running his own business and turned his dream into a reality. 

Ash is fully confident in all aspects of barbering and has built a successful clientele base over a period of time and took the plunge to open his own business in 2020 - which is still going strong to date.

Skinfades, traditional cuts, short, back & sides, creative cuts, patterns, kids - Ash can do it. 

Jake - Barber

Jake is our second barber and joined the team in August 2021. He looks after all walk ins and has a fantastic rapport with all customers. 

He started his journey with Refine as a trainee and is now a fully trained and qualified barber. Again, Jake is fully confident in all aspects of Barbering and his personality, customer service skills and humour make him unique to the position.
